Our inquiry form does not transmit data to a third-party server. It opens your own email application with the details pre-filled, and the message is sent directly to us by email.
How we use it
- To understand your sourcing request and reply to it.
- To prepare quotes, samples, and proposals.
- To manage an ongoing business relationship if we work together.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
To fulfill a sourcing request we may need to share relevant product details with the factories and logistics providers involved in your order. We share only what is necessary to do the work, and we do not disclose your contact details beyond what a transaction requires.
Retention
We keep inquiry and business correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us. Email sales@yisong.ca and we will respond within a reasonable time.

This site is a set of static pages and does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may process basic, aggregated request logs to deliver and secure the site.
