Privacy notice
Last updated: October 2026
Yisong Inc. ("Yisong", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This notice explains what information we collect when you contact us and how we use it. It applies to this website, yisong.ca.
Information we collect
When you submit our inquiry form or email us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, optional company website and business type, destination country and province or state, catalog or quotation request, and the products and quantities you want to source. Basic form checks help identify incomplete details and temporary email addresses; business details may be reviewed when we respond.
Form submissions also record the submission time, IP address, browser information and referring page to help us manage inquiries and reduce abuse. Inquiry records are stored through our website hosting provider, Cloudflare, and are available to our authorized team.
Our inquiry form sends your details to our website service so our team can review and respond to your request. You can also contact us directly by email.
How we use it
- To understand your sourcing request and reply to it.
- To prepare quotes, samples, and proposals.
- To manage an ongoing business relationship if we work together.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
To fulfill a sourcing request we may need to share relevant product details with the factories and logistics providers involved in your order. We share only what is necessary to do the work, and we do not disclose your contact details beyond what a transaction requires.
Retention
We keep inquiry and business correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us. Email sales@yisong.ca and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Form verification
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect inquiry submissions from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical browser and network information to perform this verification.
Cookies and analytics
This site is a set of static pages and does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may process basic, aggregated request logs to deliver and secure the site.
